Issue? Offset curves cannot properly identify internal profiles

When you offset a closed line like a spline and then draw a coincident line across the offset profile, Fusion does show the two new profiles divided by the coincident line. Attached are the test drawing and some screenshots. I was able to repeat this issue everytime.
