In a post on Facebook, the Norwalk Police Department said investigators obtained new images, this time of the suspect wearing a long-sleeve shirt, as opposed to the T-shirt he was wearing in the first image they shared.

"We are again asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this individual and are sharing this updated image in the hope that someone may recognize him," they said.

On Wednesday, police said the victim observed the male holding a cellphone beneath her dress with the video recording function activated while she was walking up a staircase. When confronted, the man fled the area, according to police.

Police asked anyone who recognizes the suspect or who has information that will help investigators to contact them.

"Even information that may seem insignificant could be valuable to the investigation," they said.
