Prince Harry was all smiles as he posed for a ski lift selfie alongside Winter Olympics champion Eileen Gu and former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau during a star-studded trip to the slopes.

The Duke of Sussex, 41, appeared relaxed in a black ski suit, helmet and goggles as he joined the high-profile pair mid-run, with Gu later sharing the snap to social media.

Fans quickly flooded the comments, with one gushing: 'Sports bringing the world together!' while another wrote: 'Obsessed w this.' 

A third added: 'Such a beautiful, classy and intelligent woman,' as others joked about the unlikely trio meeting on a ski lift. 

Another commented: 'Imagine going snowboarding one day and you run into Trudeau, Gu, and a prince on the lift,' while one fan simply said: 'Looks so lovely, miss u!!' 

Additional photos included in Gu's Instagram carousel offered a further glimpse into her travels, the food she's been eating and the quality time she's spent with friends - including Trudeau's girlfriend, Katy Perry.

Harry and Trudeau are longtime friends. The former prime minister appeared at the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, and the two were seen laughing and chatting together at an indoor rowing event on the last day of competition. 

The outing comes as Harry enjoys an Easter break on the slopes with Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Meghan, 44, recently delighted fans by sharing a rare glimpse into their family life, posting a video of Harry skiing with six-year-old Archie. 

In the clip, the Duke leads the way down a snow-covered slope as his son follows confidently behind, weaving in smooth zig-zag turns. 

The Duchess proudly told followers she was 'so proud' of Archie's progress, praising how quickly he had picked up the sport. 

Royal fans were quick to react, with many noting the striking resemblance between father and son. 

'Like father, like son!' one wrote, while another added that Archie appeared to be following in Harry's adventurous footsteps. 

The young royal's growing love of skiing mirrors his father's childhood, when Harry frequently hit the slopes with Princess Diana and King Charles III at the exclusive Swiss resort of Klosters. 

Harry has continued the tradition into adulthood, most recently being spotted skiing in Aspen with close friend and polo player Nacho Figueras. 

Meanwhile, Gu - one of the most recognisable faces in winter sports - has remained firmly in the spotlight following her Olympic success. 

The 22-year-old, who won gold and two silvers at the Winter Olympics, has since swapped the slopes for the runway, attending shows during Milan Fashion Week. 

She turned heads in an elegant ivory silk gown at a Brunello Cucinelli event in Milan, showcasing her growing influence beyond sport.
