But Kourtney Kardashian may have shocked her fans on Monday when she was spotted out with a completely natural face while running errands.

The 46-year-old reality star was pictured in Los Angeles' Studio City neighborhood as she flashed her makeup-free visage while picking up a to-go order from a restaurant.

Kourtney, who recently declared she is done with Botox for a bizarre spiritual reason, had a batch of plastic-wrapped utensils in one hand and rocked a casual–chic look pairing a simple white T-shirt and black leggings with an eye-catching purple trench coat. 

The TV star elevated her modest five-foot stature with a pair of black leather boots, and she kept her windswept raven tresses tied up in a messy bun.

Kourtney completed her casual to-go look with a pair of slim black sunglasses that were perched on the edge of her nose. 

Kourtney's ultra-casual makeup-free look was a far cry from her heavily made-up appearance just days earlier.

On Friday, the oldest daughter of Kris Jenner rubbed shoulders with stars including Hailey Bieber and Kristen Stewart at the 2026 WWD Style Awards in Santa Monica.

For the event, which was held at the Regent Santa Monica Beach, Kourtney opted for a busty black-and-white floral jacket.

She appeared to go topless under the jacket, and the plunging lapels put the spotlight on her prominent cleavage.

She flashed her fit legs in a tiny black miniskirt, and she completed the ensemble with a pair of pointy black heels.

Her bangs that appeared to flutter in the wind on Monday were perfectly styled in a blunt arrangement at the awards ceremony, and they highlighted her impeccably made-up face.

Kourtney looked stunningly youthful at the event, but unlike many Hollywood celebrities, she recently announced that she's done with Botox for good.

During the December 18 episode of The Kardashians, she claimed she hadn't received any Botox injections in four years and planned to 'never' turn to the wrinkle-erasing substance again. 

However, she turned away from the cosmetic injectable, not out of a desire to age naturally, but because avoiding it would help to keep her 'third eye open' and aid her 'intuition.'

As with many of her interactions on the most recent season of her family's reality show, Kourtney made the disclosure while seemingly irritating her sister Kim.

'Why are you looking at me when you say this?' Kim asked after her sibling volunteered that she was now Botox-free.

'I’ll never get it again,' Kourtney repeated blankly.

Kim countered by sharing that she received a Botox injection just two days earlier, and she added with an acid-toned voice, 'Good for you.'
