Hello! I’ve been using your products—specifically loopers—for several years here in Argentina. I need this message to reach someone on the technical team. I own a 95000 unit; for some time now, channel 1 has been recording at an excessively low volume. When I move the corresponding fader, the sound doesn’t cut out completely (it doesn’t reach zero); it keeps playing at a low level. Even when I turn the knob all the way up, it doesn’t reach full volume—it only gets to about half-volume.
This effectively prevents me from using the machine spontaneously, which is the whole point of a looper. So, I’d like to make a suggestion: wouldn’t it be possible to update the firmware so that any of the six channels can be set as the initial recording channel? I think that would be a non-intrusive solution and would offer more flexibility when building projects on the looper. You’ve created a beautiful machine, and it’s very frustrating not to be able to use it properly.
Also, could you give me a rough idea of ​​what the technical issue might be? That way, I could explain it to a technician here in my country to help find a solution. I hope this message gets through—thanks!
