For Perry, this was a two-for-one promo special where he also plugged his hit Netflix threequel, Why Did I Get Married Again?, currently reigning at #1 on the popular streaming platform.

When asked by Jennifer Hudson if he’s going to get married, Perry (who apparently isn’t a big fan of marriage), had this to say:

“Nope!’ (audience laughter) It’s not the marriage that bothers me, it’s the divorce,” said Perry, who recently turned 57.

“Everybody that I know that did well and went broke, it was because of a divorce. So I’m good being free.”
