Top Labour MP Peter Kyle slams Andy Burnham over failure to boost economy as he says UK is still facing 'growth emergency'

Speaking to the BBC, Mr Kyle accused Mr Burnham of not focusing enough on boosting economic growth, and called on him to act with 'more urgency'.
