CESI has been included in the latest Top Job 2026 ranking compiled by the Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza (ITQF), an annual survey that identifies companies offering the most positively rated working environments in Italy. The study assessed more than 2,100 companies across 38 sectors and collected over 16,000 evaluations from nearly 10,000 respondents, focusing on employees’ perceptions of their workplace experience.

In the consultancy category, CESI achieved a score of 86.53, earning a place among the organizations recognized for their employer reputation and workplace quality.

The ranking is based on direct feedback from employees rather than corporate communications, providing an independent snapshot of how companies are perceived by their workforce. According to Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza (ITQF), only organizations exceeding a defined quality threshold are included in the final list.

For CESI, being recognised for the fourth consecutive year reflects the continuity of its efforts to foster a professional environment that values expertise, development opportunities and employee engagement in a highly competitive market.
