NDT Global has announced the commercial launch of QUADRA™, a new inline inspection solution designed to give pipeline operators a more complete and connected view of their pipeline condition.

QUADRA™ brings multiple inspection datasets together in a single run, allowing operators to better understand how different threats interact across the pipeline. Rather than evaluating inspection results in isolation, NDT Global integrates complementary data to create greater context around pipeline condition and integrity risk.

This integrated approach is central to NDT Global’s strategy. The value is not simply in collecting more data, but in connecting inspection data with advanced analysis, engineering, and integrity management to help operators move more quickly from inspection to informed action.

QUADRA combines NDT Global’s established ultra-high resolution axial magnetic flux leakage capability with circumferential magnetic flux leakage and other complementary inspection data. Together, these datasets provide a broader view of pipeline threats, including corrosion, narrow axial features, seam-related anomalies, hard spots, and other complex conditions.

The differentiator is what happens to the data once collected. NDT Global’s integrated data environment enables information from multiple inspection technologies to be aligned, compared, and analysed together, giving operators stronger context and greater confidence in understanding pipeline health and prioritizing integrity actions.
