The Employment Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Fair Work Commission Amendment (2026 Measures No. 1) Rules 2026 (Cth).

These Rules amend the Fair Work Commission Rules 2024 (Cth) to:

• correct minor errors and omissions, update references to dates, regulations and form titles, and make some existing rules clearer;
• make new rules and amendments to existing rules relating to the types of applications to the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and notices to the FWC that were introduced by the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023 (Cth) and the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No.2) Act 2024 (Cth);
• provide for a person to lodge certain applications or related documents, by using the MyFWC electronic lodgment facilities;
• provide for the FWC to serve a document on a person by sending the person an email containing an electronic link to the document; and
• require that an application for approval of an enterprise agreement be accompanied by a digital copy of the agreement in a specified format.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Employment Service current to 30 July 2026. (Note: Subscription required).
