Zuma Resources Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom as part of its international expansion strategy, with the new entity set to develop and expand the group’s digital connectivity and technology operations.
According to a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, Zuma Global Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales on September 18, 2026, under the UK Companies Act 2006.
“As part of its international expansion strategy, Zuma Global Ltd has been established in the United Kingdom to develop and expand the Group’s technology and global connectivity-related business activities in international markets,” read the notice.
The company said Zuma Global would facilitate its UK operations, with the group progressing towards the launch of SIM and digital connectivity services in the market.
The documents show the subsidiary has a registered office in London and lists its principal activities as information technology consultancy, other information technology services and other telecommunications activities.
Sohaib Anwar, a Pakistani national, has been appointed as director of Zuma Global, according to the incorporation documents.

“As part of the UK market-entry process, formal regulatory engagement with the Office of Communications (Ofcom), the United Kingdom’s communications regulator and the company has undertaken steps to align its operations, customer framework and digital platforms with the applicable UK regulatory and consumer-compliance requirements,” the notice read.
The planned UK operations will offer digital eSIMs, physical SIMs and other connectivity solutions through Zuma’s technology platforms, including its global eSIM marketplace.
“The establishment of Zuma Global Ltd represents another step in Zuma Resources Limited’s strategy to build an international digital connectivity and technology business, with the United Kingdom expected to serve as an important market and operating base for the group’s international expansion.
