Last week, a bankruptcy judge ruled the ski shop cannot be evicted from its location.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Thomas McNamara denied a request from Alpine Investments in Denver to let it replace the longtime resort town staple with another ski shop on Oct. 1.
