English abstract

The recent Barcelona Declaration on Open Research Information emphasizes that research information systems must not only be open, but also diverse and inclusive. We argue that this can only be achieved by interconnecting diverse and decentralized sources of research information.

La reciente Declaración de Barcelona sobre Información Abierta sobre Investigación destaca que los sistemas de información sobre investigación no sólo deben ser abiertos, sino también diversos e inclusivos. Argumentamos que esto sólo puede lograrse interconectando fuentes de información sobre investigación diversas y descentralizadas.
