Cole Schotz P.C.CLIENT SERVICES/HOSPITALITY REPRESENTATIVE – MIAMI OFFICE: Prominent AM Law 200 law firm with multiple regional office locations seeks a full-time Client Services/Hospitality Representative (Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm) for our Miami, Florida Office. Job responsibilities include reception front desk, answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors, reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups, maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings. Copy/mail room services, large print jobs, assisting attorney with trial binder prep, receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages USPS/FEDEX, arrange messenger services. Monitor inventory of office supplies. Enter, update and track building service and maintenance requests in landlord portal. Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects. Enter and maintain accurate information in records management system. Prepare physical records for offsite storage. Organizing, labeling to ensure proper retentions and retrieval. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English proficiently.
