Derek, I’ve been reading your updates about long-term watch and wait and would appreciate hearing how you’re doing.

Are you still watching and waiting? Have you had another MRI since your June 2024 update? How have your hearing, balance, and overall quality of life been?

I’d also welcome updates from anyone who has followed observation for many years. If you eventually chose treatment, what prompted that decision—tumor growth, changes in hearing or other symptoms, or something else?

Your experiences would help me understand the long-term picture. Thank you for sharing.

Burning Tongue, Loss of Hearing & Balance, and Tinnitus led to MRI. Very small AN found on 11/23/2021
While watching and waiting, lost significant hearing. WRS now at 12% (down from 100%). Was fitted with CROS system on 3/7/22.  Stable MRI on 7/29/22
No treatment yet.
