I gave had ongoing problems since I had the upgrade to my Sky super fast WiFi etc which required a new router. Sky messed it up from day 1 about 2 months ago and bit by torturous bit they corrected it all except my 2nd smaller Qbox which does not allow me to get TV.

With the latest SKY Routers the mini boxes do not connect to your home wifi but to a wifi signal generated by the main box
Is there anyway you can move the mini slightly closer to your main box ?
Please may I suggest you try restarting your boxes - especially the main box which provides the mini with the signal:Use the remote to place it into standby modeThen remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)Wait at least 30sThen re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on each the mini box.
