Quarterback Aaron Rodgers is offloading some properties, including a contemporary mansion on the Cedar Grove/Montclair border. Rodgers bought the home in 2023 after being traded to the Jets.

Now that he has signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Rodgers put 349 Crestmont Road up for sale and the new price is $15 million. (Rodgers is also selling a $39.5 million Malibu beach house, Sports Illustrated reports.)

The Cedar Grove estate featured 8 ensuite bedrooms, 9.5 baths, and glass and metal exertior that frames jaw-dropping views of the iconic NYC skyline. (Taxes are a jaw-dropping $71,369).

Outside, on the 2.39 acre property, there’s a heated salt-chlorinated freeform gunite pool and spa, fire pit, sauna, and cold plunge. The lower level features a wine cellar and cigar lounge, meditation room, media room, wet bar, fitness center, and two additional bedroom suites, one with an attached private living space and direct outdoor access.

Rodgers’ sprawling estate isn’t even the highest price home on the market in Cedar Grove.

Listed for $20 million is 24 Club Way, a brick and limestone mansion set on 5+ acres that also boasts spectacular NYC views.
