Hi @jfh3dx,
Ok thanks for clarifying as super admin is a specific title used in network/multisites. I haven’t heard this used before in a regular WordPress instance, but all good.
As I said I have been unable to repeat this on my end (I am using the latest version of both plugins). Could you please try 2 things: 1) please try resetting the menu by clicking on the button above the menu “Restore to default WordPress menu” (please note you will lose any customisations so do note these if needed before pressing this).2) do a plugin isolation test so just have our plugin and Contact Form 7 activated. I do want to note that our plugin doesn’t guarantee compatibility with other 3rd party plugins, but if you want more guaranteed support around 3rd party compatibility, do consider our premium plugin Custom Admin Interface Pro which has a money-back guarantee around compatibility with 3rd party plugins like Contact Form 7. Thank you,
Since the update of CF7 6.2.0 : https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ and now 6.2.2
The url to admin is /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7 insted of /wp-admin/wpcf7
if wp-custom-admin-interface plugin is inactive, the non Super Admin account can access.
if wp-custom-admin-interface plugin is active and Admin Menu used, even i add newly added menu items, only the Super Admin account can acces to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7 and /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7-new . it is possible access to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7-dashboard but can’t administrate forms.
