Sky mini boxes keep disconnecting from Sky main box daily recurrence.

I have Gigaclear fibre broadband 900mhz. I have a wired router installed to boost signal around the house. My sky Q box and 3 mini boxes keeping disconnecting and trying to connect to different WiFi addresses. How can I ensure that they only look at the same address and keep that connection between them? Do I need a sky mesh box to keep them together? So frustrating to not be able to reset it and it stays fixed. It just randomly drops connection,. I can't find any where to call to speak to support about it. Can anyone advise please?
