Vault Check In Blank

I've done this many times before successfully, but now for whatever reason, it's not working. Perhaps it's something about the 2026.2.1 (Build 298) Inventor and Vault Professional versions I'm using? I have a SolidWorks file I imported into Inventor and converted to Sheet Metal. The SolidWorks model was then redesigned. I'd like to maintain the history by creating a new version of the same file in Vault Professional. So I check out the old version from Vault to my local Workspace. I then import the new design SolidWorks model, convert it to Sheet Metal, and then I overwrite the Inventor file I checked out of Vault. However, when I attempt to check it back into Vault to create a new version, there are zero files listed in the "Check In" window and the "OK" button is greyed out. The browser shows I have the file checked out with the green circle and a check mark, but I can't check in the new version.
