On a new episode of "The Show," Joel Sherman & Jon Heyman are joined by former Yankees manager Joe Girardi. Joe talks about the Yankees biggest issues this season and if accountability is one of them, looks back on the trash can Astros eliminating them in 2017 and costing them his job, if Aaron Boone's shelf life as manager has expired and what it's like working for Hal Steinbrenner.

Plus, Joel and Jon discuss the latest on Aaron Boone and where they stand on if it's time to move on. Later, Joel reveals a Yankees legend that he believes would be great to add to the clubhouse as part of the coaching staff.
