Suddenly being charged for Netflix premium

HiRecently a load of charges for Netflix premium appeared on my bill. I have not opted in to this. Someone has agreed to credit my account for the charges to date, but I think I should be getting Netflix standard without ads as part of my normal package exactly as I was before this happened. The advisor said I had to change it back myself, but as I never changed TO it, I have no idea how to do this. I am 86 and these things are not straight forward. I would ask you please to help me by reinstating my Netflix standard with ads, taking off the Netflix premium I do not want and did not ask for. I assume that the credits will happen since you said they would.
