WASHINGTON, October 17. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump said that the Ukrainian crisis must end.

"That's a war that has to stop. It's a war that, if the election weren't rigged, the second election, if it weren't rigged, it would have never happened," he said at a rally in front of supporters of the Republican Party in Georgia on the eve of the November midterm congressional elections.

He also attacked his predecessor Joe Biden.

"I built our military. He gave a lot of it away to Ukraine, but we've rebuilt it pretty much now, and soon it'll be completely rebuilt. Gave a lot of it away. Could have charged if they would have paid. You just sell it to Europe. You know what I do? I sell it to Europe, and they can do whatever they want," Trump said, adding that the United States receives " hundreds of billions of dollars " in payment.

"Biden gave $350 billion worth of equipment and cash to Ukraine. Not good. Not good. Not good," he said.
