Portland man charged with DUII, manslaughter after causing deadly crash on Hwy 26, police say

Oregon police arrested a man under manslaughter charges after they say he drove impaired, fatally crashing head-on into another car that then caught fire on Highway 26 near milepost 62 in Wasco County Tuesday evening.
