Texas Justices OK Arbitration In Trampoline Park Injury Suit

The Texas Supreme Court ruled Friday that an Urban Air trampoline park and related entities can compel arbitration of a minor's injury claims, saying the language in the arbitration agreement signed by the child's mother expressly covers "protected parties" such as the entities.
