The 530,000-sq-ft entertainment facility is equipped to host concerts, performing arts, conventions, corporate gatherings and live audience productions. At the heart is a 2,200-seat theater, supported by two 25,000-sq-ft sound stages, more than 120,000 sq ft of office and support space with broadcast-quality infrastructure, a luxury cinema, a 730-space parking deck and a 51,000-sq-ft outdoor plaza.

Combining a broadcast-quality theater, multiple sound stages, cinema and public assembly spaces under one roof for the $350-million Trilith LIVE created competing structural, acoustic and MEP requirements that had to coexist without compromising performance. Key trade partners were engaged early through an intensive design-assist process, creating shared ownership of the design.
