A 15-year-old boy was fatally shot and an older man wounded by a stray bullet in a Wednesday evening burst of violence on the grounds of a Harlem housing complex, cops and sources said.

Jihad Pack took a bullet to the stomach around 6:20 p.m. in the rear of the King Towers building on West 115th Street near Malcolm X Boulevard where he lived, according to police.

The gravely injured teen — who was the intended target of the gang-fueled violence — was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside, where he later succumbed to his injuries, authorities and sources said.
