From the time he declared his run for U.S. Senate to the end of September, Democratic State Rep. James Talarico raised nearly $123 million to his campaign. In the same stretch, Attorney General Ken Paxton's Senate campaign has raised nearly $19.5 million. In two weeks, Elon Musk outspent the pair's combined campaigns by contributing to Paxton-leaning Super PACs which allow unlimited donations.
