after installing XFX ADM RADEON 9070XT and its driver my laptop monitor stays black, but it works on external monitor

after installing XFX ADM RADEON 9070XT and its driver
my laptop monitor stays black, but it works on external monitor
To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.
