Cleanup continues in Plano after an oil tanker crash sends fuel into a creek

Cleanup continued Saturday in Plano after an oil tanker crash on Friday afternoon caused fuel to spill into a nearby storm drain and into White Rock Creek, city officials say.
The city said the driver of a car ran a red light and was hit by an oil tanker along Spring Creek and Windhaven Parkway.
Hazmat crews have been on scene working to contain the spill since the crash.
The southbound lanes of the Windhaven Meadows walking trail are closed until further notice.
