Possibly helpful utility when using mods

Hi all
 
I read on google that "To fix GTA Vice City crashes caused by too many modifications, download the Fastman92 Limit Adjuster or install the III/VC/SA Limit Adjuster to increase hardcoded engine bounds, and use the Large Address Aware tool to patch gta-vc.exe so the game can utilize over 2GB of RAM"
 
This is what it was talking about here
 
it might work for some folks, might help extended the longevity of the game before it crashes due to a high number of mods.
