EagleSat это одноюнитовый кубсат, который был разработан в образовательных целях университетом аэронавтики Эмбри-Риддла. В качестве полезной нагрузки на нем установлены системы RAM памяти, твердотельные детекторы радиации кристалический видео ресивер и GPS приемник.

12018-05-15. Обнародованы данные о состоянии КА EagleSat-1.
Согласно появившемся в СМИ данным, кубсат EagleSat-1 не вышел на связь после выведения. В настоящее время создавшая его студенческая команда пытается проанализировать ситуацию. В качестве возможной причины отсутствия связи называется не раскрытие антенны. В качестве возможного положительного сценария называется то, в ходе дальнейшего нахождения на орбите удерживающая антенну леска распадется под воздействием УФ излучения и связь с КА восстановится.
