Hodoyoshi 4 это экспериментальный космический аппарат ДЗЗ который был разработан университетом Токио. Имеет разрешение около 5 метров. Спутник обладает трехосевой стабилизацией. Оснащен ионной двигательной установкой. В качестве главной полезной нагрузки выступает оптико-электронный сенсор.

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions анонсировала сегодня что наземная система компании Epoch IPS начала предоставлять услуги по управлению двумя японскими малыми аппаратами. Разработчиком аппаратов выступил университет Токио. Оба аппарата (Hodoyoshi 3 и Hodoyoshi 4) были изготовлены запущены в рамках программы FIRST.
