Спутник ФКИ. IKAROS. [Редактировать]

Межпланетный зонд – МКА с солнечным парусом (проверка технологии перемещения с помощью солнечного паруса и испытание тонкопленочных фотоэлектрических преобразователей). Для высокоточного определения параметров гелиоцентрической орбиты МКА, изменяющихся под действием солнечной тяги, будут проводиться измерения в режиме интерферометрии со сверх-длинной базой (VLBI). В сложенном состоянии МКА представляет собой плоский цилиндр диаметром 1,6 м и высотой 0,8 м. На боковой стороне барабана размещен сложенный парус и система его раскрытия. Для стабилизации и последующего развертывания паруса аппарат закручивается после отделения от последней ступени РН.
Верхняя сторона центрального блока («барабана») МКА покрыта традиционными СБ, которые служат основным источником энергии для бортовой аппаратуры. На каждом из лепестков солнечного паруса приклеены две полосы из элементов тонкопленочных СБ, сделанных из аморфного кремния толщиной 25 мкм. Эти СБ являются гибкой многослойной конструкцией. Они занимают всего 5% площади паруса, но способны вырабатывать мощность до 500 Вт. МКА оснащен датчиками, измеряющими электрический заряд паруса и его температуру. Мембрана паруса изготовлена из полиамидной пленки толщиной 7,5 мкм с алюминиевым напылением. Четыре трапецеидальных лепестка образуют полотнище квадратной формы с диагональю 20 м, при этом масса мембраны составляет всего 1,8 кг. Блок управления и экспериментальные исполнительные устройства для ориентации паруса. Они представляют собой полоски с жидкокристаллическими пленками, наклеенные на четыре «трапеции» паруса вдоль сторон квадрата. Эти полоски меняют отражательные характеристики при подаче напряжения, благодаря чему создается небольшой перекос тяги. МКА несет два научных прибора. Один из них размещается в «барабане» – это поляриметрический детектор гамма-всплесков GAP, созданный в Университете Канадзава. А на лепестках «паруса» размещены датчики детектора пылевых частиц ALDN, который будет исследовать распределение пыли в межпланетном пространстве.

Ikaros shRNA (m) Lentiviral Particles: sc-35641-V BACKGROUND SUPPORT REAGENTS Ikaros family members, including Ikaros and Helios, are nuclear factors that colocalize with DNA replication machinery components in higher-order chromatin structures and respond to signaling events, such as T cell activation. Helios and Ikaros bind to similar DNA sequences, and they function as hemopoietic-specific transcription factors. Members of the Ikaros family contain zinc-finger domains that are involved in DNA-binding and in the formation of homodimers and heterodimers between Ikaros family members. Expression of Ikaros is primarily detected in the thymus and spleen, where it is essential for regulating T-cell specific gene transcription and for the differentiation and commitment of early hemopoietic progenitors to the B and T lymphoid lineages. Similarly, Helios expression is detected primarily in T cells and in the earliest embryonic hemopoietic precursors and in adult stem cells. Ikaros and Helios also appear to regulate cell cycle entry by inducing transcriptional repression under varying conditions and, thereby, mediate T cell activation and lL-2 mediated signaling events. Available as 200 µl frozen viral stock containing 1.0 x 106 infectious units of virus (IFU); contains an shRNA construct encoding a scrambled sequence that will not lead to the specific degradation of any known cellular mRNA. DCAM3 takes images of spreading ejecta motion on the asteroid, which provides information of surface physical properties and ejecta behavior under microgravity. The flight model of DCAM3 is under development and operation tests. The science and instrumental concepts and development status are reported. 1. Introduction Collisions between primitive planetary bodies are one of the most important physical processes in the planetary accretion from planetesimals to planets. Asteroids are small primitive bodies on the way to the larger bodies or the fragment bodies such as rubble piles of the evolved bodies, so that the asteroids are possibly be recognized as fossil bodies showing the accretion process in the solar nebula. Impact studies on the asteroid, such as the impact scaling rules related to the cratering and the disruption, are important to reveal the actual manner of planetary accretions in early stage of the evolution. In the future Japanese Hayabusa-2 mission, Small Carry-on Impactor (SCI), which is a small detachable launcher of an artificial projectile, will make an impact simulation on asteroid 1999JU3 [1] (Figure 1). A copper-disk projectile is deformed by explosive in the SCI and forms a semi-spherical shell, and is accelerated to approx. 2 km/s [2]. The tiny asteroid 1999JU3 is a good analogue of planetesimals and suitable to study the effect of micro-gravity on the impact process and elucidate the mechanical properties of planetesimals.
