Спутник ДЗЗ. METOP-B. [Редактировать]

MetOp-B – второй из трёх европейских метеорологических спутников нового поколения (запуск первого спутника MetOp-A был осуществлён 19 октября 2006 года). Разработан компанией EADS Astrium (Европейский аэрокосмический и оборонный концерн) по заказу Европейского Космического Агентства (ESA) и Европейской организации спутниковой метеорологии (EUMETSAT). В проекте также участвуют NOAA (Национальное управление океанических и атмосферных исследований в США) и CNES (Национальный центр космических исследований Франции). Конструкция космического аппарата основана на модульном принципе. Спутник состоит из солнечной панели и двух отсеков: модуля полезной нагрузки и служебного модуля. Внутри модуля полезной нагрузки располагаются все приборы и соответствующее вспомогательное оборудование. Служебный модуль обеспечивает соединение с ракетой- носителем и поддерживает основные функции спутника – управление, связь с наземными средствами, контроль электроснабжения, ориентации и параметров орбиты и управление двигательной установкой.

Состав бортовой аппаратуры КА MetOp-B:

  • AVHRR/3 – 6-канальный сканирующий радиометр для получения изображения облачного покрова и поверхности Земли в видимом и инфракрасных участках спектра с разрешением до 1,1 км;
  • HIRS/4 – прибор инфракрасного зондирования высокого разрешения;
  • IASI – инфракрасный интерферометр для океанографических измерений и изучения энергетических процессов в атмосфере Земли;
  • MHS – прибор микроволнового зондирования влажности;
  • GOME-2 – экспериментальный прибор для исследования озонового слоя;
  • A/DCS – система сбора данных с судов и буев;
  • SEM-2 – монитор космической погоды;
  • ASCAT – рефлектометр для измерения скорости и направления ветра над океаном;
  • GRAS – приёмник ГНСС;
  • SARP-3 – поисково-спасательный процессор;
  • SARR – поисково-спасательный маячок.
