Спутник ДЗЗ. MTSat 2. [Редактировать]

MTSAT-2 (Multi-functional Transport Satellite) - космический аппарат дистанционного зондирования Земли  который является одним из самых тяжелых спутников, выведенных в космос японской ракетой. На него установлена аппаратура, предназначенная для метеосъемки поверхности земли, а также для мониторинга и управления полетами самолетов. Соответственно, когда спутник MTSAT-2 будет введен в эксплуатацию, новую аппаратуру и новые возможности получат и метеорологи, и авиадиспетчеры. Построила спутник компания Mitsubishi Electric. На нем установлены ретрансляторы трех частотных диапазонов — Ku, Ka и L. С их помощью будет организована прямая голосовая связь и передача данных между диспетчерскими центрами и рейсовыми самолетами, летающими над территорией Юго-восточной Азии и Тихим океаном.
