Спутник связи. N-Star 3. [Редактировать]

В программе N-STAR-c , Orbital работал совместно с Lockheed Martin Corporation над построением и запуском геосинхронного спутника для японской NTT Mobile Communications Network, Inc. Lockheed Martin был выбран головным исполнителем контракта и выполнял сборку и создание ретранслятора, Orbital отвечал за поставку платформы, наземеного сегмента, запуск и летно-конструкторские испытания.
