Спутник связи. NSS 8. [Редактировать]

NSS-8 (New Skies Satellites 8) — нидерландский спутник связи, произведённый Boeing для компании SES World Skies. Планировалось выведение спутника на геостационарную орбиту Земли. 

NSS-8 произведён на базе модели 702 компании Boeing. Спутник стартовой массой 5978 кг включал в себя арсенид-галлиевые солнечные батареи общей мощностью от 8,6 кВт до 17,6 кВт, один двигатель для достижения апогея планируемой орбиты, 4 маленьких двигателя для удержания спутника в точке стояния, топливо для двигателей, сантиметровые транспондеры (56 в C-диапазоне и 36 Ku-диапазоне) и управляющие антенны. К моменту введения аппарата в эксплуатацию его масса должна была снизиться до 3800 кг после осуществления манёвра довывода с геопереходной до геостационарной орбит.

Запуск прошел неуспешно. Зенит-3SL взорвался спустя несколько секунд после запуска двигателей первой ступени и, Моркская платформа получила ограниченные повреждения. Главное повреждение платформы было разрушение газового дефлектора. Комиссия по расследованию неудачного пуска пришла к заключению, что проблема возникла за счет блокировки линии подачи кислорода кислорода инородным металлическим веществом, которое снизило подачу кислорода в камеру сгорания, сто привело к отказу двигателя приблизительно через 4 секунды после зажигания. Исследование двигателей показало, что проблема была не в их конструкции.

  • Работы по годовому техническому обслуживанию оборудования ракетного сегмента.

  • Комплексная репетиция №3 с участием всего персонала, практически всех штатных и привлекаемых технических средств обеспечения пуска и сопровождения полета.

Работы по программе предстартовой подготовки в районе старта.

Все операции автоматической предстартовой подготовки прошли без замечаний. Старт РКН (сигнал "Контакт подъема") был зафиксирован в 2 час 21 мин 59 с по московскому времени (30 января 2007 г. в 15 час 21 мин 59 с по тихоокеанскому времени).
После получения сигнала "Контакт подъема" визуально наблюдалась нехарактерная вспышка в области пускового стола и хвостовой части РКН с последующим нештатным интенсивным задымлением стартовой платформы. Подъем РКН не наблюдался. В результате недобора тяги двигателя первой ступени в ходе выхода на номинальный режим работы (около 92%) с последующей ее потерей после отрыва от пускового стола прошел сход РКН в проем пускового стола в море.
В соответствии со штатной технологией работ участвующий в подготовке пуска персонал в это время на стартовой платформе отсутствовал (эвакуируется за три часа до пуска).

Дальнейший анализ состояния систем и агрегатов платформы, проведенный прибывшим на нее персоналом, показал, что имеющиеся относительно небольшие повреждения платформы не препятствуют приведению оборудования в исходное состояние и ее самостоятельному возвращению (морскому переходу) в Базовый порт с целью дальнейшего детального обследования и ремонта, что и было осуществлено.
Для выяснения причин нештатной ситуации была образована межведомственная украинско-российская комиссия, завершившая свою работу в начале марта 2007 г.
Комиссия подтвердила соответствие эксплуатационной документации всех процессов и результатов подготовки РКН в Базовом порту, на морском переходе и в районе старта.
Согласно ее заключению, нештатная ситуация произошла из-за отказа двигателя первой ступени вследствие его возгорания из-за случайного попадания металлической частицы в зону крыльчатки насоса окислителя.
Комиссия доследовала все заводские технологические операции по ракете и двигателю, разработала рекомендации по исключению возможности повторения подобной ситуации и план-график реализации соответствующих мероприятий.
Анализ последствий нештатной ситуации для стартовой платформы и установленного на ней технологического оборудования позволил установить места фактических повреждений и требуемый объем восстановительных работ со сроками их проведения.
Принятые в настоящее время решения и начавшиеся работы по приведению в рабочее состояние стартовой платформы и расположенного на ней технологического оборудования позволяют осенью этого года возобновить подготовку пусков и осуществить два запуска в 2007 году.
