Tuesday, March 7, 2017 | Located in the SATELLITE Unveiled Theater on the Exhibit Floor What is Startup Space? Startups have become a large and influential presence in the commercial space industry. With new companies being created across the country and around the world, it’s important that the entrepreneurs behind all of this activity are well-equipped and prepared to see their startups go from the “mission planning phase” to “launch.” SATELLITE 2017’s Startup Space will give burgeoning entrepreneurs a chance to pitch their space startup idea to a panel of highly-qualified, experienced, and widely-recognized entrepreneurs, space professionals, and investors. The format of Startup Space will be a day long space startup pitch competition, and pitches will be organized into different groups based on their focus. Startup Space will be open to all SATELLITE attendees. As a sponsor of Startup Space, your company can be a part of the innovation foundation, providing a company representative to sit on the panel of judges for a pitch group to give feedback to each presenter, and select the winning idea from that group.
