Спутник связи. ST5-C. [Редактировать]

КА ST5a, ST5b и ST5c созданы в рамках программы Space Technology специалистами Центра космических полетов имени Годдарда. Масса каждого из спутников 21,5 кг. Задачей "тройки" космических аппаратов является демонстрация технологии коллективной работы по измерению параметров магнитного поля Земли. Минимальная продолжительность этой миссии - 90 дней. Стоимость проекта Space Technology-5 - 130 миллионов долларов.
