This can happen even if you started the day with the very best intentions, with love in your heart for all, firmly resolved to see the very best everywhere you looked. Next time this happens to you, recognize what is going on and immediately elevate your consciousness. Turn to Me. Let your mind rest in Me so that you consciously perceive Me and My divine presence. And see how much of a difference that will make for you. If you can manage to direct your thoughts very quickly to Me and My divine love as soon as you find yourself in a difficult situation, everything can change completely. Remember that next time. People are in our lives based on energetic frequency.
When our frequency changes, the people around us will either change with us or naturally leave our lives.
We often try to resist this natural flow and lower our frequency to stay connected with certain people.

When it comes to fundamental life, it doesn't matter what the world thinks of you or even what you think about yourself, life just sees you as another piece of it and that is what you are.
This small piece of life, so insignificant and fragile yet it is able to hold an entire existence within itself. It is able to behold an unfathomable experience of the cosmos within itself.
So don't take yourself too seriously, your only here for such a short period of time and before you know it you'll be gone.

The depth and intensity of the changes currently taking place at the cellular, atomic and energetic levels are beyond anything we have experienced before. This transformation is penetrating everything and everyone, into the most hidden layers of creation, both the visible and the invisible.
It is beyond our knowledge and understanding. To navigate through this phase, we can only rely on the deepest truth of our soul and the divine essence within us.
The lower self is dissolving and the true, highest self is emerging.
