What’s your App ID?
33301773
What endpoint are you using?
GET /12/accounts/18ce55x4xyu
What API version are you on?
X Ads API v12
Are you using a library or SDK? Which one?
A small internal TypeScript worker using OAuth 1.0a. The request is read-only.
What is the issue?
We have two related technical issues for Job Tests Portal AS:
The OAuth user token verifies as @JobTestsPortal, and that user is the Account administrator for X Ads account 18ce55x4xyu, but the exact read-only account request above returns HTTP 403.
X App Manager returns “Could not find App” for both identifiers we need to configure:
iOS App Store ID 6769027866. The Apple App Store listing is live.
Android package com.jobtestportal.app. The public Google Play listing currently returns “Not Found,” and X App Manager also cannot resolve the package.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Step 1: Use the existing OAuth 1.0a access token generated for @JobTestsPortal from developer app 33301773.
Step 2: Sign a GET request to /12/accounts/18ce55x4xyu.
Step 3: Send the request and observe HTTP 403.
Step 4: In X Ads Manager, open Tools > App Manager and try to add iOS App Store ID 6769027866.
Step 5: Observe “Could not find App”.
Step 6: Select Google Play and try to add com.jobtestportal.app.
Step 7: Observe “Could not find App” again.
What is the error message?
X Ads API account read: HTTP 403.
X App Manager: “Could not find App” for ID 6769027866.
X App Manager: “Could not find App” for package com.jobtestportal.app.
When did it start?
Verified on 2026-08-28.
What have you tried to troubleshoot?
Verified that the OAuth token belongs to @JobTestsPortal.
Verified that @JobTestsPortal is the Ads account administrator.
Verified all four OAuth 1.0a credential fields are present.
Verified the iOS listing loads using App Store ID 6769027866.
Verified the Google Play listing for com.jobtestportal.app currently returns “Not Found”.
Retried each exact identifier without creating a substitute record.
Confirmed no X app or event source currently exists for this account.
Confirmed AppsFlyer is not yet activated for X and no campaign or billing change was made.
@AdsSupport told us that Standard Ads API Access must be requested through a dedicated Sales representative, and directed the 403 and App Manager issues to Developer Support. We are contacting Sales separately.
Please:
Confirm whether the 403 is solely the missing Standard Ads API entitlement, rather than an OAuth or account-association problem.
Confirm what must change before X App Manager can resolve iOS App Store ID 6769027866 and Android package com.jobtestportal.app, or provide the correct account-specific support route.
Confirm whether this Ads account must be enabled for Mobile App Conversion Tracking before we authorize AppsFlyer.
