Billy Vincent suffered through a tumultuous TV marriage to Susie Bradley on Married At First Sight.

But now the reality star, 28, has moved on with 20-year-old Instagram model and bartender Lily Buhl.

The handsome barista told Daily Mail Australia on Friday that the relationship started organically after the pair met at a bar. 

'Lily's a bartender at my local pub in Byron Bay,' Billy explained.  

'I met her a month ago when I was out at her bar. I recognised her from Instagram and I was really shy and ran away after I got my drink!'

He continued: 'But then after going to the bar a few more times, we started chatting and went on a date to a local swimming hole.

'She's studying teaching and just an all-around sweetheart,' he gushed. 

Despite Married At First Sight being one of the biggest shows in television history, Billy said that Lily had never seen it before and had no idea who he was. 

'She's never watched the show,' he explained. 'She has her own fashion blogger following and started dating me before she knew I was on the show.'

He wadded: 'She's not phased about publicity or exposure, which is great for my trust issues [laughs].' 

Although they've only been dating for a short time, the pair already appear to be inseparable. 

Loved-up photos show Lily affectionately kissing a smitten Billy, while another image shows the hunky barista resting his head on the model's shoulder. 

It's a far cry from Billy's disastrous MAFS romance with Susie Bradley.

During their time on the show, viewers accused Susie of 'verbally abusing' Billy after she lashed out and left him in tears.

There's been no love lost between the former couple since the show wrapped, with the pair often exchanging barbs on social media or in media interviews.

'I have well and truly moved on since the experiment,' Billy said in an Instagram video earlier this month.

'But moving on, it doesn't mean I forget how I was treated.'

Susie has since moved on too, finding love with disgraced NRL star Todd Carney.
