Married At First Sight's Billy Vincent announced his new relationship with Instagram model Lily Buhl just last week. 

But the 28-year-old barista has already landed himself in hot water with his girlfriend, after photos surfaced of him kissing his co-star Lauren Huntriss, 32, last Saturday. 

Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle about the pictures, which were taken on a boozy night out in Sydney, Lily brushed off Billy's indiscretion on Tuesday. 

'Billy contacted me as soon as it happened. From what I've been told it was a fun kiss,' said 20-year-old Lily. 

'He'll still be sleeping on the couch for a few days, but I know there was nothing behind it,' she added. 

It's not the first time Billy has been banished to the couch, as Susie Bradley famously made him sleep on the sofa throughout their ill-fated marriage on MAFS.  

It comes after Billy and Lauren shared a kiss while celebrating Cyrell Paule's 30th birthday at the Flamingo Lounge nightclub in Sydney on Saturday night. 

The pair were surrounded by several MAFS co-stars as they briefly smooched upon their arrival at the venue. 

Last week, Billy revealed he and Lauren 'had a thing' in early February, but things didn't work out due to the fact they live long distance. 

After deciding to keep things platonic with Lauren, Billy began dating Lily, who is an Instagram model and hospitality worker. 

He confirmed their relationship to Daily Mail Australia on Friday, explaining how they got together after meeting at a bar.

'Lily's a bartender at my local pub in Byron Bay,' he said.

'I met her a month ago when I was out at her bar. I recognised her from Instagram and I was really shy and ran away after I got my drink!'

'She's studying teaching and just an all-around sweetheart,' Billy added.

Despite Married At First Sight being one of the biggest shows in television history, Billy said that Lily had no idea who he was.

'She's never watched the show,' he said. 'She has her own fashion blogger following and started dating me before she knew I was on the show. 

'She's not fazed about publicity or exposure, which is great for my trust issues.'
