The usual suspects - Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler - are clear at the head of the pre-tournament betting but this is The Open and anything can happen. 

Spieth grabbed the early advantage, along with fellow Americans Brooks Koepka and Matt Kuchar, after brilliant opening rounds of 65. Rory McIlroy, meanwhile, was awful on the front nine but fought back brilliantly.
