Yes turned router and TV/ old Sky+HD box off at the wall probably about 30 times . Absolutely no internet commection . I'm spending all my spare time just trying to fix by reading other ppls fixes and googling every thing I think it may be but after 7 weeks I'm at screaming point . I wish I could have a Sky engineer physically  call and fix - I'm paying £41 a month for BB and TV but not getting the service . .
