Avery Kangas scored in the first half for Mt. Blue and Dakota Lamoine answered in the second half for Mt. Abram as the teams played to a 1-1 draw in a boys soccer match Friday in Salem.

Maddox Beale of Mt. Blue (1-1-1) made six saves, while Bean Beaulier had 20 saves for Mt. Abram (2-0-1).

Chase Ross assisted on Mt. Abram’s goal.

FREEPORT 2, WINTHROP/MARANACOOK 1: Megan Ritz scored with 2:17 remaining to lift Freeport to a 2-1 win over Winthropthe Falcons (4-0) past the Ramblers (2-1) in Winthrop.

The Ramblers took a 1-0 lead in the first quarter when Grace Folsom scored on a penalty stroke.

Dalila McCarthy tied it in the second quarter.

Lydia Costa had nine saves for Freeport, while Cyara Harriman stopped seven shots for the Ramblers.

HALL-DALE/MONMOUTH 2, WINSLOW 1: Natalie James scored the go-ahead goal in the third quarter as the Bulldogs (1-1) rallied past the Black Raiders (1-2) in Winslow.

Delana Ferran gave Winslow a 1-0 lead in the first quarter. Daisy Bessey answered in the second quarter.

Hannah Rauch assisted on both Hall-Dale goals.

LEWISTON 1, OAK HILL 0: Lila Theriault scored in the second half, and the Blue Devils (1-2) beat the Raiders (0-4) in Lewiston.

Elise Cloutier assisted on the goal.

Jesikka Williams made 11 saves for Oak Hill.

MOUNTAIN VALLEY 4, DIRIGO 1: The Falcons (3-0) scored four straight goals to beat the Falcons (0-2) in Rumford.

Zoey Bourdeau gave Dirigo a 1-0 lead with an unassisted goal in the first quarter.

Ava Tidswell tied it in the second, with an assist from Melina Byam, who gave Mountain Valley a 2-1 lead in the third quarter with an assist from Addy Libby.

Libby made it 3-1 on a penalty stroke in the third, and Byam scored again in the fourth.

Emma Williamson recorded an assist and Bella Dupuis made 13 saves for the Falcons.

Dirigo’s Isabella Zale stopped 13 shots.

WAYNFLETE 6, TELSTAR 1: Lela Faulkner and Hunter Murphy each scored two goals to lead the Flyers (3-0) past the Rebels (0-3) in Bethel.

Olivia Rogers and Sabrina Lavallo also scored.

Aleah Davis scored with an assist from Idella Cooley for Telstar. Madelyn Cooley made 27 saves.

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 3, OAK HILL 2: Lexus Hebert scored her second goal of the game in the second overtime to give the Phoenix (1-3) a win over the Raiders (0-3) in Jay.

Spruce Mountain got goals from Hebert and Natasha McDonald in the first half, but Tayen Smith and Delia Gosselin scored for Oak Hill as the teams went to the halftime break tied 2-2.

Despina Karamousadakis of Oak Hill and Jayda McDonald of Spruce Mountain both made five saves.
