Built-in Input Forms for Workflows

I’ve seen this idea mentioned in a few places, but I couldn’t find a single dedicated thread. So I wanted to propose it more clearly.
 
I think Alfred would benefit greatly from a built-in, configurable input form component for workflows: a UI where a workflow can collect multiple values in one place, with common controls such as:

Text fields (single-line and multi-line)


Dropdown menus


Radio buttons


Checkboxes / toggles


Date and time pickers


Basic validation (required fields, simple constraints, etc.)


Descriptions for input fields


Today, collecting multiple inputs often means chaining Script Filters (or similar steps) together. That approach works, but it becomes unnecessarily complicated for users, and it’s especially frustrating when you need to edit several fields: going back to adjust an earlier value can be awkward, and the workflow logic quickly becomes harder to maintain.
 
I personally have several use cases where a proper form would be a big improvement, and I’m also aware of existing workflows that could be simplified significantly if Alfred offered this natively.
 
I know I’m not alone in wanting this. For example, @andy48 created a modular input form workaround workflow, but (understandably) it’s a bit hacky and requires compiling a small Swift app to capture multiple values and pass them downstream as variables.
