intermitten access to model in the cloud

i have a coworker who came to me this morning saying he is unable to access the model he has been working on this whole week. sometimes it lets him in the model but doesnt let him execute commands at random times. most of the time it does not let him in. i am attaching a screenshot of the message in the description that he gets when he cannot access the project. along with this message each model in the folder (in forma) is grayed out. we need help. as i am the hub admin. i looked at his permissions and it says that he is the project administrator for this particular project. help, i am spinning my wheels
