IS OUR PHONES SAFE?

Whether intentional or not, Samsung is complicit as they know there is a security/privacy issue, they are doing nothing about it. Basically guys this is NOT our phone. Device Care is a joke. It does,not check for virus or malware. So what really does it do? You have NO say into what Samdung chooses to do or let in THEIR phone. Its like buying a house but you cannot lock it, or have any say who comes and goes. Here is when it goes too far. My camera app in my phone was compromised yet Samsung Device Care says its fine. THIS IS NOT OWNERSHIP. Ownership gives you a say in the matter. We have NO say. Samsung knows there is a problem and STILL nothing is done. Can I sue Samsung if I am robbed???
